We’ve done this before successfully- the pictures provided are the most recent project. We put a LOT of energy into the process - floors, painting, cabinets, bathrooms, artistic visions, etc.
We would obviously need to meet in person and write out a contract so no one feels taken advantage of, liability concerns etc….
