We have 1 RV pads still available in Cleveland, TN. There are 3 pads total on 7.5 acres and close to town but still very secluded.

Pads come complete with 50A service, water, power, garbage, internet (Cat 5/6 connection) and sewage (septic hookup) included. There is a greenhouse/community garden available with large fishing pond (some restrictions) on 40 acres next door and trails through woods on back of the property. No dogs please.

Long term rentals over 55 preferred but will consider all inquiries.
