We have an open post for a Customer Support Specialist at a new E-commerce company. You are to manage customer queries/complaints and drop shipping, solve customer issues, and act as a go to for our customers. This position requires individuals who are able to remain calm and understanding in a stressful situation.

Schedule and Location.
You are required to work a maximum of 4 hours a day and minimum of 3 hours a day. We will work around a flexible schedule that will be best suited for both parties. This is an online part-time job, you are not required to resume at any fixed location, and you will be working from the comfort of your home.

You will help by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to clients. We have a lottery we do for our customers, and they win gifts, you will be responsible for handling that as well, so you can’t win same with any of your family member. You need to be a fast learner because you will be trained within 2-days and we are looking for a person with little or no experience.

Contact customers via official email.
Email a set group of customers every day to get orders from, interacting with them in English.
Monitor and send out emails from our Customer Service account.
Import weekly customer orders from our inventory management platform.
You must be knowledgeable about shopping and ready to answer questions from customers and place orders for product samples as needed.
You will also test some gadgets before we put on sale.
Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility and confidentiality in all areas.

Hours to start will be flexible but 4-5 hours daily on Monday-Friday, with the possibility to expand hours in the future dependent on job performance.
