Did you have your eye on a specific Gibson flat top? Change of events and I’m listing a creme de la creme Gibson I thought I’d never part with. 1972 Gibson Gospel. It’s quite a rare guitar to find in the wild and It’s got about $1500 of work done by Dave Johnson in nashville, (scale model guitars) he’s the guy. This guitar has had ALL the important work done and it plays better than any modern Gibson out there. The action is low and flawless all the way up the neck and it plays IN TUNE. LR baggs Anthem pickup installed and it’s the perfect performing singer songwriter guitar. Records incredibly well in the studio, which is what I’ve used it for primarily. Attached is a picture of the receipt of work done. Priced to sell. You can pick it up/check it out in southside right off main st.

Cool additional info while you’re mulling it over.. it was a New York City Guitar. There was a man who was a writer/music historian/album maker named Arthur J Levy, who had purchased the guitar back in the day. His address tag is still in the case at 29 W. 87th St., New York, NY 10024. From back in 1972. Pretty sweet, manhattan songwriter guitar!
