We are looking for a reliable, experienced Construction/Maintenance technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with year-round work focused on commercial properties. Paid weekly. Willing to train the right person.
Job Duties Include:
General building maintenance and repairs (drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
Preventative maintenance on commercial properties
Minor construction and renovation work
Roof repairs and inspections
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to pass a drug and background check
A plus:
At least 2+ years of hands-on construction/maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems
