Job Description
Elite Earthworks & Construction LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with experience in carpentry, masonry, pipe laying, hardscaping, and landscaping who takes pride in quality workmanship and works well with a crew.
This position will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance, reliability, and workload.
Responsibilities
-Assist with residential and commercial construction projects
-Perform carpentry work including framing, decks, and outdoor structures
-Install retaining walls, block, stone, and masonry features
-Install drainage systems, French drains, and pipe work
-Build paver patios, walkways, and hardscape projects
-Assist with grading, excavation prep, and landscaping work
-Operate hand tools and power tools safely
-Maintain clean and organized job sites
-Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team
Qualifications
-Experience in construction, hardscaping, landscaping, or related trades preferred
-Knowledge of carpentry, masonry, grading, or pipe installation
-Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs
-Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Drug-free workplace — drug use will not be tolerated
-Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
