We're looking for a person experienced in gardening and yard work to weed several perennial beds and prepare a new bed. We estimate 10 - 15 hours of work right away, hopefully to be accomplished in one week, in the mornings.

Some of the weeding is on a slope, so you'll have to be able to sit down or squat as you manually dig out weeds. We might then plant ground covers in those areas. You should be able to identify weeds and know how to dig them out or extract them properly.
The new perennial bed needs to be scraped (we killed the grass over the winter), amendments tilled in (we have a tiller), and edges defined.
We have tools and equipment. You should bring work gloves, and should wear non-slip work shoes for the slopes.
We would like references, please.
Depending on the quality of the work you do, we'll keep you busy throughout spring and summer.
