The SLG 108VF comes with dual vibratory 110 volt (3600rpm) eccentric packs that mount to the underside of the screendeck for maximum efficiency.
Hourly screener product will range from 30 to 60 yards per hour depending upon mesh size, material being screened, moisture levels, and the type and size of machine feeding the screener.
We offer many mesh sizes ranging down to 1/8 inch all the way up to 4 x 4 inches.
We install double lock crimp 65mn wire, the same that you will find on the big 300K screeners
Mesh change out takes about 40 minutes
