I currently pay 1,200 in rent. I am looking to move. I am interested in relocating. I need a 2, 3 bedroom home - preferrably 3 bedroom.

I have positive rental references for the past 3 years.

No pets.

Single mother just graduated film school and needing, yes, needing to move from the current place that I live in. I get along with everyone and my rent is current. It's not the best location to raise children in.

I have my rent money each month from child support, SSI, and employment. Rent is our most important outgoing bill.
