We have Meishan piglets that will be available for pickup at the beginning of June. There are males and females (gilts and barrows). If you catch us soon enough, we could reserve a boar and set him aside when we castrate the rest.

The parents are full Meishan and both are registered.

Meishan meat is considered one of the tastiest in the world and the pigs themselves are a joy to have. They are calm and docile. They don't mess with fences much- we use woven wire fence and hog panels without electric. They are a true grazing pig- one of only 3 breeds that naturally eat grass for a large portion of their diet. They don't root nearly as much as other pigs. While they're slower than commercial pigs, they get up to weight faster than most other heritage breeds- 10-18 months depending on the size you want.

So long as you get 2 or more, we can sell them for $200. If you only want 1, it will be $250. It is first come, first served. We also have adults that will be processed soon so if you also want a whole or half hog to try out while yours grow up, that's an option too.

Email or text with any questions- (4two3) $IX 18-51 one 7
