Very nice tree stand that we no longer use. Below is what retailers have said about it.

This Swivel Straight Plus allows for the tree to be up and in place quickly. Simply attach the removable reservoir to the cut end of the tree, insert into the stand and lock into place.
The online marketing literature also provided this info.

Holds up to a 12 ft. tree
Holds up to 1.25 gal. of water
Fits tree trunks up to 5.75 in. in diameter
It was used for a few years until we switched to an artificial tree
