My dad passed away. My brothers and I live out of town so we are giving stuff away from his house in Heritage Landing. Not much in terms of big furniture at this point but lots of smaller housewares, pillows (lots of pillows!), and a fancy lazy boy chair that helps you get up (although it has some odors that will need to be removed.).

Someone lives here so if any of you are thieves don’t get any robbery ideas. But hard to be a thief when we are giving stuff away - but just 10-1 on Saturday the 18th. I am limiting this to the first 12 legit sounding respondents so we don’t get too many people. Bonus points if you want the chair and are willing to rehab it a bit!
