The living room, kitchen, and dinning room is furnished, so you would just have to furnish your own room and own bathroom. The apt complex offers FREE WATER so your rent would be $320 + electric  which is due from the 1st- 5th of each month. I also have a washer and dryer, so you wouldn't have to use the facility! The apt as hardwood flooring and is a non smoking, and pet free home. <br>
