As long as you're clean on the crirm (OK maybe a minor thing or two) then that's all I require.

LEASE/contract, expiring on May 30, 2010
The house IS furnished, your room will not be. However, I can help you get something in
there. Your first month's payment goes towards that. A bed, a table, etc.
There is a deposit required. It' based on your length of stay, employment situation and overall
attitude. As my Grandmother use to say, "You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar".
The economy is like, really messed up, so I'm having to rent my place out. Help me save you money,
and save MY A$$ from the bill collectors. Crooked bankers, to Hell with them all.
ps-Property is about 1.5 acres, so bring some pets if you wish.
A work reference will be required. Simple week to week lease. $200 per person per week, maximum 2 people unless someone wants the couch. $300 per person refundable deposit (assuming nothing broken, house is as clean as when you arrived this will be fully refunded.)
