Due to unforseen circumstances I'm having to take over a house in dayton and cannot afford both my apartment and the house. I hate to leave the apartment because it's so close to everything. It has a Chattanooga Address, but it's basically Red Bank.
2 Bedroom apartment, new carpet, HUGE closet in the master, separate sink in the master closet....located on previous golf course, it has a huge balcony that overlooks a lake (large pond?), the neighbors are really quiet, tennis courts, & swimming pool as well... $600 a month WATER & CABLE INCLUDED!!!
If you wish you can be added to the lease and have the option of renewing the lease next January... up to you.
