E. Brainerd area Roommate June 1st (E. Brainerd/Ooltewah)
50-ish straight white male smoker looking for a roommate (male or female) to share expenses on a nice house (no apartment) in the E. Brainerd area around June 1st. Other areas could include East Ridge, Tyner, Ooltewah, Harrison or Hwy 58 area. I am willing to pay $500 to $700 per month plus utilities. The only requirement from me is that there is to be NO DRAMA or DRUGS. I work a 12 hour shift 3 days per week which includes Saturday and Sunday. So the house would be yours on weekends, although I do have to go to bed early on Friday and Saturday nights.
