We have a 24 ft haulmark trailer that has 12 ft of living space in it. It features twin size bunk beds, the top bunk folds down to make a couch, there is storage space under the bottom bunk, a closet, shower, hot water heater, sink, fridge, microwave, AC/heater. The cargo area has a full width counter top with a stainless steel top, some shelves, tire rack, under the counter top is the water storage tank, water filter, and pump. The trailer can be used with or without a water source. Has outside hookups for water inlet or can fill the water tank. e-track down the side with clips, two wheel chocks. Also includes a 24 ft canopy, all electrical adapters needed for all the tracks, a generator adapter, grey water drain tank, 100 ft of water hose, approx 100 ft of trailer power cord, weight distribution hitch and anti-sway controller. $8500 OBO.
