Begal/Basset mix needs new home small re-homing fee (Ringgold, Ga)

We are moving and can't have pets where we are going. Rosco is a very timid dog he was a rescue pet and is still somewhat timid when loud noises and new people he has a very distinct bark/howl. Must have fence in yard with room to play there is a 50$ re-homeing fee could be negotiated for the right family.
