This is a nice Heating Pad for dogs and cats. It is made of fiberglass and has metal coil around part of the cord to prevent dogs from chewing on it. It measures 2' x 3'. It is intended to keep dogs and cats nice and warm. It plugs into standard outlet and stays a nice warm temp. It is not meant to be covered with anything. I paid around $50 for it, you can have it for $25. Bob 423-496-1544
