Need a commercial kitchen (climate controlled) (Chattanooga)

I am in need of renting a commercial kitchen to use for my small catering business. This kitchen needs to be kept cool (around 65 degrees) for the kind of work I will be doing. Preferably will have a three compartment sink, convection oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and space for a few smaller items of my own equipment and ingredients. Oven use will be kept to a minimum. Please email if you can offer me any space or time. Your offer will be much appreciated!
