Hello! Im a real chill guy.Non drinker(ok ok on new years i drink)Non smoker(ok ok im 420 friendly)love pets,but wont be bringing any..dogs and cats are cool (so long as they dont spray whatever everywhere,and wont think i has a flavur)...i wont mess with your stuff,and will expect the same.

Im pretty handy around a house.I can cook(u buy it ill fry it)clean,run a lawnmower,do laundry,chop wood,feed animals(i dont wash em,they try to eat me when i do)walk animals,tend livestock,plow the north 40,etc.this can be factored into the amount of rent or boarding expected/offered.

if you need a roomie or a tenant with no strings attached loose verbal/handwritten "good ole handshake" type arrangement then let me know.ive got places to fall back on i just need something closer for a while to save up and wont leave you high and dry.i have a previous landlord reference.
