Hello, we are a middle aged couple, no pets, no kids, not partiers. We visited the Chattanooga area some years ago while returning from a vacation in Florida & loved it. We are looking at relocating to the Chattanooga area for retirement very soon.
We would prefer a 'non apartment complex' type of rental, ie: a small house, duplex, guest house etc. in the $500 to $700 a month range. The only non-flexible requirements would be off street parking for our 2 vehicles & a safe, CLEAN neighborhood. Bonuses would be an area for a garden (even a small one), fenced yard, and furnished (even partially) as we selling most of our furnishings with our home here to help reduce moving costs.
