There is an issue with this Bose Lifestyle Media Center AV38 in which the sound cuts off (no sound out of the speakers) after playing for a while, especially if the unit gets warm. The sound will usually come back on after the unit has been turned off and allowed to cool. We have a repair for this Bose Lifestyle Media Center AV38. This repair may also apply to other Bose Lifestyle systems that are configured like the one shown in Figure 1 above (for example, models AV28, AV38 and AV48 series).

The basic repair requires the following supplies and tools shown in Figure 2 below.

This is for a 53" projection tv. It is about 4 or 5 years old..still have the tags on it. Mitsubishi brand. I paid about 3600 for it and it has been used very rarely. HD upgradable. 2 tuner multi picture in picture and split screen. Platinum Series. Front reflective surface mirrors. Diamond Brite Screen. It has a great picture. Absolutely nothing wrong with it, I just don't have room for it as we downsized into a smaller home. I have the original books and remote with it. This is a like new TV.

I have used this for about 3 months. It works perfectly fine. This amp works just like new!
Im selling this because I don't listen to loud music anymore.

I had one 10 Sony Explode hooked up to this and bridged the amp to get 300 watts at 4 ohms.
