Wonderful condition, high miles. Engine top end ("rebuilt") is 112k miles old, transmission is 50k miles old. 289k miles on working odometer and clear title. It passes emissions in Hamilton County, TN, and has no lit alert lights in the dash.
Features:

+ Brand new Pioneer CD player, also plays MP3s disks and is iPod compatible. Includes aftermarket 5 channel amplifier which currently powers the built-in speakers but can also power an independent subwoofer.
Maintenance History:
+ Brand New Front Windshield
+ All electronics working including power windows all around, all rear door electronics, power locks.
+ A/C has been changed over to R134. Front fan resistor recently replaced.
+ Just had complete fluid service--oil change, coolant flush, transmission flush, brake fluid flush, and power steering flush.
+ New fuel filter, transmission filter, and oil filter with fluid service.
+ Just had front crankshaft seal replaced (rear seal was replaced with transmission)
+ New RH side exhaust manifold
+ Headliner is excellent and is not falling.
+ No dents. Probably some minor dings but none that stand out. No rust.
+ Tires are very good, have 50%+ tread, and are wearing evenly. Expressway and around-town driving is comfortable.
Detractions:
+ After transmission rebuild the front-mounted transmission oil cooler was never hooked back up. However, the lines are still in place. For normal operation and towing of light loads (we tow a waverunner) no transmission oil cooler is needed.
+ Some cracking in front seats' leather
+ Some paint thinning and paint chipping.
