i have a boat i know nothing about. it has a mercury engine on it and it turns over but other than that it may start with the knowledge of working on these engines. the motor alone is worth something for parts. i dont know how to work on them so i am offering it to the highest bidder, so send me your offers. the trailer isnt perfect, but will have no problems getting you back home the tires have stayed air up for 2 years and that how long its sat. the inside of the boat needs complete restoration, the floors are rotted bad but the boat is on good shape with no broken glass and the steering and controls wrok freely. make an offer and take it home before it gets scrapped.

1988 17ft. dixie open bowrider. needs some interior work but overall this is a nice boat. it has a 115 johnson that has new rebuilt carbs, new coil pack and then the other coil pack went out. the engine has great compression and has been checked by a boat mechanic. the engine does run but needs the one coil pack replaced (30.00). im tired of putting money in something that i cant enjoy due to knee surgery anyway. my passion was wakeboarding and knee boarding but those days are over. i want this to get some use instead of setting here. the floor is weak in one little spot but thats it. it has a cd player and works good with alpine marine speakers. it has a depth/fish finder which is practically new. i built a ski pole that doesnt stick up to high but is perfect for wake, knee and tubing. has a bilge pump and a new water impeller. the trailer is almost brand new, it was stripped down to bare metal and redone with all new hardware. it has new springs, fenders, lights, runners with new felt, new coupler, new cable for winch, and all new u-bolts bracket, nuts and bolts. has mags that would look good if cleaned. the trailer has 3 coats of paint and 4 coats of clear, it looks like new when washed. price neg to a point but im not going to give this boat away. so make an offer and for less than 50.00 of parts youll be on the lake. thanks

I have recently gotten into boating, and bought this Thompson cruiser less than a month ago. I've been bitten by the "boating bug", and see already that this cruiser is too small for me, and I am wanting to get into something bigger, but, I must sell this to do so. Other than some cosmetic issues, there is nothing wrong with this boat, and it's sailed excellent the several times I've had it out so far. The boat has an aftermarket fridge, working two-burner stove which runs off of shore power and/or alcohol, as well as a fresh water holding tank and waste tank. All electrical components work as they should.

The main reason I chose this boat as opposed to the others I was looking at when I started is due to the fact that it had less than 6 hours on a rebuilt engine, which was installed last August (Paper work can be provided as proof) by the previous owner. The first week I owned this boat, I had the marina mechanics replace and install NEW batteries, battery cables, bilge pumps, throttle cable, and had the oil changed. I also have purchased brand new electronics for the boat, including a Garmin depth finder as well as a Ship to Shore radio which will stay with the boat. The boat has dual hydrolic trim tabs for economic/safe operation. The boat starts right up, and again, the several times I've taken it out has ran flawlessly.

The boat has NEW carpet in the cabin, but I've laid (not fixed in place) bambo over the rear deck and cabin for the "woody" feel. The only issues with the boat are strictly cosmetic, and if you're like me, they're not really issues, but I'll mention them anyway: The seating in the cabin shows it's age but is fully functional and clean. The exterior could be buffed a bit more (I spent several days getting the glaring oxidation off of it), but shows well in it's current condition.

The boat is at Lakeshore Marina in Chattanooga, and as I've literally spent every night on the boat for the last three weeks (save two), is easily ready for your inspection. Feel free to call with any questions and/or to arrange to see the boat for yourself.

The boat is in great shape. The finish and the upholstry are in great shape, the carpet is a little ruff is spots. The boat is 20' or right under 20'. The boat includes a 24 Volt Johnson Trolling Motor and three batteries. The boat does not have any electronics on the front but does have a flasher at the console. Everything on the boat works. Altough it is not pictured I have a brand new windshield on order for this boat and is included.
The engine is in great shape with perfect compresssion, I believe every cylinder is at 120 pds +/- 5 pds. The engine also includes a stainless 4 blade prop which is in good shape without any major nicks.
The trailer is a tandem axle with brakes. The wheels are chrome and the tires are in good shape also. A chrome spare is also included.

The boat is in great shape with the exception of there being a crack in the hull. This crack could probably be fixed fairly easy by someone familiar with fiberglass repairs. The seats and carpet are in good shape. The boat is approximately 17 feet long. The model number of the boat is a Foxcraft 1690. The boat has a 12 volt trolling motor on the front of the boat that works good. The boat includes two batteries and three Humminbird 100 SX Fish Finders that work.
The engine is the same year model as the boat, 1988 Mariner 75 HP. The motor has power trim, that does not leak down. The motor is oil injected and includes a stainless propeller (Mercury Laser II) that is pictured. The engine has perfect compression readings of 135 pds per cylinder with not variation.
The trailer is in good shape with good paint and no rust. The trailer has aluminum wheels and a spare.
Even if you did not want to repair the boat, the engine, trailer and selling the parts off of the boat are worth this.

Great family boat - 1968 Glastron Crestflite cruiser. I replaced the seats at the end of last summer and have not used it since. I haven't had time. I just moved and have other hobbies and projects, so it needs to go. The boat looks very nice cleaned up and we've had a lot of fun out on the water - great for minnow or cat fishing or just enjoying the day on the water. You can easily ski behind it. It jumps out of the water with the Evinrude 100, which surprises me on gas - spend all day on the water with just a half tank. Motor is in great shape. It is a 1966 with electric shift and a new (last season) impeller. It starts, runs and shifts easily; people are always surprised at how smooth the push-button shift feels on the water. I am including an extra lower unit, several props, a starter and other odds and ends. The boat and motor sit on a galvanized tilt trailer with good tires and bearings. Bring a 2" ball and pull it away. This package is ready to go. Includes a built-in aluminum tank. I will include some jackets as well.

Boat is registered well into 2009. Feel free to ask any questions.

This Seadoo is in great condition. It's a fast and maneuverable two person PWC. The jet outlet can be trimmed with the push of a button (VTS) to maximize performance at different speeds. There is also a suspension system built into the seat for comfort during stunts. The fire extinguisher, tool pouch, storage space, and the engine access are located in the nose. It has a "glovebox" under a hatch in front of the instrument cluster. The instrument cluster contains: speedometer, tach, fuel gauge w/ oil light, and VTS pitch indicator. There is no meter to determine hours on the ski. Oil and Fuel are in separate tanks and mixed automatically. There's also a rear folding step for easier boarding. An additional access hatch is located behind the seat. New battery recently installed. The trailer has a new winch w/ strap and new tires. I only have the one lanyard that came with it when I bought it.

I have the complete stern drive for a Mercruiser Pre-Alpha. Came off a 120.
I bought the boat for the motor. It tested fine before I removed it. Shifted fine, pumping water off rabbit ears. The U-joints seem fine. It needs cleaned up and fresh grease but seems mechanically fine.
It does have a piece broken off the cavitation plate and the fin below the prop.
It does not effect the seal. No leaking. Prop is not included. I will be pulling it and keeping it for a spare.

I have the bell housing with gimbal ring and transom plate for a 120 Mercruiser I/O, pre-alpha. I don't know if later years will match up or not.
It includes the hoses for the trim cylinders.
The gimbal bearing is free though maybe a little dry. I'm sure a little grease would take care of that.
The bellows from what I could see were all in good shape. The hoses did not leak and the shift cable is free and easy.

I took this out of a boat I bought for the motor. It has some calcium deposits from its age but with a little cleaning will be ready to put in your boat.

I have a working trim pump/motor taken from a 120 Mercruiser I/O. The harness is 27 foot and the power wires around 4 - 6 foot. I measured the harness but not the power.

This came off a boat that I bought for the motor. I gave it power and raised and lowered by shorting the up and down wires to power before taking it out of the boat. It worked strong and quick and appears to have no leaks. I work in Chattanooga so we could meet up there if that works better for you.
