Office/Construction Trailer (28 x 72) - $10000 (Columbia)
For sale is a mid-to-late-1980's (1988) 28x72 doublewide office/job site/construction trailer.
It currently contains approximately 10 rooms including 1 bathroom with fixtures. Trailer also includes a sprinkler system that runs throughout.
This would make a great worksite trailer, or as our original plans were, to add a kitchen and other bathroom facilities and make a large home (over 2000SF!!!).
Frame and walls appear to be in good condition. There are also (2) commercial style HVAC units on the end of the units, their condition is unknown as well. Trailer is located on a dealer lot in Columbia, TN. We purchased this with the intent of remodeling the interior to make it a home, but our plans have changed and we no longer need this unit.
