I've got a 30 foot aluminum tandem trailor with all the bells and whistles including auto-hydraulic disc brakes. It's an awesome trailer and in great shape. However, my boat's been in dry storage for a while, and if I really need a trailer, I can use the marina's. It's rated at 8000lbs and cost around $6300 in 2006.

So, what do I want in return?-- yard drainage work!
If you're a professional, you can come by and check it out yourself, but I believe it will include a curtain drain, a culvert, about 120 feet of buried 15-18in pipe to the city's line for which I already have permission. However, I am open to suggestion, and ultimately, just want the water out of my yard.

I will also consider a trade on a used TerraMite or some sort of shovel digger. I can send many pictures of yard and/or trailer. Trailer is pictured with boat last year. (This boat is 26 ft and 6000 lbs and the trailer towed it like "no big deal.")

I built this dog house for my ol' Yeller, who is no longer with us. She was a medium size labrador retriever, so this dog house should fit most dogs up to even a rotweiller. I believe the opening is 24 inches high. It is really heavy and sturdy and built from standard construction materials. It needs to be painted. Other than that, it just needs to be picked up. You will need a truck as it's about 48x36x36 inches and weighs probably about 100 lbs.

I will trade this one-of-a-kind handcrafted unit for any of the following, similar or interesting: 18V (or higher) name brand cordless drill, tile saw, mixed lots of tile, concrete mix, fill dirt, legos, star wars, matchbox cars, other unique toys or antiques, a small pocket digital camera, and so forth.
