Hello there, are you a former ranger, Runner, MMA, Police Officer, or just an insanely athletic person with a heart? I need help, I am in excellent shape i.e. weght lifting, but lack any endurance I am a lousy runner. I am also in the Reserves and have been offered two shool spots dependent on my passing a PT test, I haven't ran since i got out of the army the first time and now with all the heavy weight lifting i'm up to about 220 and have competed in some powerlifting. But i couldn't catch a fat kid with one leg. I am not afraid of pain or hard work i just dont know where to start. If you run 4 or 5 times a week outside, and would love some one to harass and yell at until i look like Prefontaine please let me know. Throw in some push ups, sit ups, and the occasional stair run and we have the makings of greatness.
